Our Favourite Trays13th Oct 2022
As per the article last week, here at KR and Navara, we love to collect our own models, with a wide range of games we all play from Warhammer 40K, Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game, A Song of Ice and Fire, to Aliens vs Predator: The Hunt Begins, Kill Team, Subbuteo and Halo Fleet Battles.
So today we wanted to celebrate some of our favourite Trays for storing our collections.
My personal favourite is the NVNE22, this tray holds 1x Canoptek Reanimator, 1x Skorpekh Lord, 1x Overlord, 3x Skorpekh Destroyer, 1x Plasmancer and 1x Royal Warden which makes it perfect for the new models that came out with Indomitus. For me this tray marks the time I decided to jump head first back into 40K after a 15 year hiatus and resurrect my Necron forces from my youth.
Another honerable mention here is the NVWM8 tray. With the sharp increase over recent years of models on 50mm bases, especially for the new Skorpekh Destroyers, this tray does a really great job of holding 15 miniatures.
A tray that has done me proud since the beginning is however a simple one, the 20N4H and the full size counterpart the 40N4T. This tray has carried pretty much every Lord of the Rings Strategy battle game infantry model I have ever owned. It has plenty of space to hold those tall warriors with spears and raised swords and all sorts of dynamic poses the heroes of the west come in.
So if the new Rings of Power show has inspired you to jump into this awesome game then look no further than these trays to start an army of Numenor or Rivendell (or both)
If you are as passionate as us about these ranges then check out the rest of our tray recommendations in our TrayGuides for Necrons and for Numenor and Rivendell
