Shipping Days

Navara Cases work a regular working week and orders are shipped on work days Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays)


Royal Mail (Post Office)

The checkout has options for 1st Class, 2nd class or Airmail depending on your location. Note that this is a non tracked service. If you require tracking for your order then you will need to select the courier option.  With Post Office orders, your order may be split into more than 1 package for airmail shipments. Your packing slip will show this as multiple packages, and although they are shipped the same day, the Post Office sometimes deliver the packages on different days.


UPS (tracked courier service)

All orders shipped with UPS are tracked. Your order will have its tracking number linked to the Navara website, and you can track your order via the Navara Cases website using your order number and email address. You can select UPS at the checkout if you need your order to arrive more quickly or prefer a tracked delivery service. Some orders due to their size are automatically scheduled for a UPS delivery. A signature is required on arrival, though UPS will leave a card advising of an attempted delivery if no one is in.


Fedex (tracked courier service)

All orders for the USA and Canada are shipped with with Fedex, and you will receive an email confirming your tracking number. Please check your emails for details on the shipping day and estimated delivery date for your order. A signature is required on arrival, though Fedex will leave a card advising of an attempted delivery if no one is in. Note that the Fedex tracking number is not currently available directly on the Navara website.


Dispatch Confirmation

You will be emailed to confirm receipt of your order and to let you know the dispatch date and estimated delivery date. Emails are sent to the email address used for purchase. Please check your emails for details on the shipping date and estimated delivery date for your order.


Dispatch time

Orders placed before 2PM are dispatched the same day, and orders placed after 2PM are dispatched next working day. The checkout will show you the dispatch date along with an estimated delivery date based on your selected shipping method. Bear in mind that the dates are based on our manufacturing locations. We ship from the UK and so these times are based on GMT.  Note too that if you purchase on a Friday evening, your purchase will be actioned on Monday morning - we all need weekends too! Please bear this in mind when selecting your shipping option as the estimated delivery times quoted are from date we ship your order.
